Because we believe that since our medium, video, is so powerful we choose to make things that effect positive social change. So that’s a big part of why we love doing great videos for some great not-for-profits. We understand the challenges that most, if not all, non profits face these days and work with staff, board, members and volunteers to create a video that will help tell their story…and hopefully raise awareness and some money! |

The New Hampshire Historical Society - Capital Campaign Video
NHHS needed a video to launch their Capital Campaign, "Connections Through Time: Campaign for New Hampshire History." We were lucky enough to be able to work with all the amazing staff and volunteers to create a beautiful, rich video. We feel that their goal to digitize their collections, update the most beautiful building in Concord (their library at 30 Park Street), create an endowment and keep doing what they're doing for years to come is more then attainable! You can get involved by visiting their museum and library in Concord or by checking out their website at nhhistory.org. |

The Friends Project - Overview Video
With so many wonderful not-for-profits out there we decided to choose one organization and produce a pro bono video for them to use on their website (donated by PixelMEDIA) and for other fundraising opportunities. The lucky recipient (at least we think so) was The Friends Project. They were heading into their 11th year and really had no website or video to use to get the word out. Their mission, "creating inclusive social and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities" rang true to us at Atlantic Media as Nancy's oldest son has Down Syndrome. He's, not surprisingly, featured in this video. Make sure to go online to FriendsProject.org and check them out! Oh, and make sure to donate! We won a 2010 Telly Award for this video. |

The New England Historic Genealogical Society - Overview
When NEHGS needed an overview video to help them reach the end of their $50 million capital campaign they gave us a call. We had the good fortune to spend many days at their amazing library on Newbury Street in Boston. We got to know the organization, the staff, volunteers and members who have discovered their own personal history through hours of research. It's a fascinating journey! If you want to discover where you came from, make sure to check out NEHGS at americanancestors.org. We won a Silver Telly for overall production for this video. |

Historic New England - Centennial Video
Historic New England was looking for a video that would help it celebrate its robust 100 year history. This project took us to all but one New England State and to 18 of the many properties that are owned and managed by Historic New England. This clip is just the opening sequence but will give you a good idea of the look and feel of the overall video. Our challenge was to tell the Historic New England (formerly SPNEA) story while showing the viewer the wide variety of properties as well as all the programs put on year-round by Historic New England. We think we succeeded! We won 2 Telly Awards for this production. One for overall production and one for editing. |
